Not a lot of company, and while he's a bit of a celebrity among his people in that he's one of the Firstborn, he's also considered very... odd because of his studies.

Hahahahaha actually that. Happened in canon. Trahearne's brother Malomedies was vivisected by scientists from another intelligent species of their world. Ah, asura. Mad scientists one and all. Malomedies did survive, but... :x
